appointment with Admiralty was at our convenience
and John was right on time. He asked us
several questions about the wood we burn
and how often we use the fireplace. He even
made some recommendations to enhance our
enjoyment of it. He was very neat and professional
while performing a thorough cleaning of
our fireplace and chimney. He made sure
our carpets and furniture were completely
protected from soot or dust as he performed
his service. Once completed, he provided
us with a full report of what he had done
and made arrangements to contact us when
